India Carries 'Lowest Internet Speed' Tag In Asia Pacific

Its sad as well as disheartening for Indians that India, According to reports is claimed to have the 'Lowest Internet Speed' in whole Asia Pacific Area. The global average internet connection speed increased 23 percent to 5.6 Mbps in the quarter ended December 2015 compared to the same period of 2014

Having said that, there are stats too.South Korea had the highest average connection speed in Asia-Pacific region at 26.7 Mbps, while India had the lowest at 2.8 Mbps. The difference is a major area to work upon as India is the Second Largest country in the number of Internet users.
