WhatsApp Might Get Banned In India

Few days ago, WhatsApp pushed a new feature to its platform called 'End To End Encryption'. It means no other party including WhatsApp itself can read or decrypt the messages between a conversation, the chat is secured between the sender and receiver.
India allows 40 Bit Encryption while the new feature of WhatsApp uses 256 Bit Encryption which puts the app in a state of ban, if the government or telecom regulator of the country finds it unsuitable. Karnataka Government departments have already started to treat it as a problem and if such discussions roam around the app might get banned in India.
