HTC For Nexus This Year, New Codename 'Sailfish'

HTC is now joining the Nexus manufacturers list with all rumors going on the web that the company is going to bring up the new Nexus this time. A number of leaks point towards the revelation of the same with the traditional way of code-naming Nexus devices, this time its Sailfish and Marlin.

However, the current information has been majorly circling about Sailfish which is being known as the upgrade or successor to the currently running Nexus 5X. Nothing is yet known about Marlin. Now to talk about HTC's Sailfish, according to leaks it is going to be a smaller device but with better and upgraded specs to the 5X.

Sailfish is likely to have-
5" Full HD Display
2Ghz Quad Core 64-Bit Processor
4GB of RAM
32GB of ROM
2770mAh Battery
12/8Mp of Cameras
Fingerprint Sensor
USB Type-C

Well, to go with the specs the device seems a good upgrade to Nexus 5X with better camera and battery plus smaller screen for good handling of the device and hold. There will be more storage variants to choose from. With Android N almost round the corner to final release with just 1 Developer Preview left, these new Nexus devices will run the Final version of Android N.
