Honor 6X, Honor Pad 2 and Honor Watch S1 goes official

Huawei terminal Honor at an event in China on Tuesday announced three new products – the Honor 6X smartphone, the Honor Pad 2 tablet and Honor Watch S1 smartwatch.

Honor 6X
The main highlight of Honor 6X is its dual rear cameras of 12MP+2MP similar to Honor 8 and Honor V8, but don't expect it to perform so well. Apart from that, it features 5.5-inch Full HD display, octa-core Kirin 655 processor, fingerprint scanner and 3340mAh battery.

The Honor 6X comes in three models – 3GB RAM+32GB storage priced at CNY 999 (approx. Rs. 9,800), 4GB RAM+32GB storage priced at CNY 1299 (approx Rs. 12,800) and 4GB RAM+64GB storage at CNY CNY 1599 (approx Rs. 15,825). It will be available in Gold, Silver, Grey, Blue and Rose Gold color options.

Honor Pad 2
The Honor Pad 2 is an 8-inch tablet boasting features like 4G LTE support, voice calling, octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor, 3GB RAM, 8MP/2MP cameras and 4800mAh battery.

The Honor Pad 2 will arrive in three models –  16GB storage & WiFi priced at CNY 999 (approx. Rs. 9,890), 32GB storage & WiFi priced at CNY 1299 (approx. 12,855) and 32GB storage & 4G at CNY 1499 (approx. 14,835).

Honor Watch S1
The Honor Watch S1 is a fitness watch with a circular dial and interchangeable straps (18mm). It is water reistant for up to 50 meters, features 1.04-inch LCD display, heart rate monitor and offers notifications for calls, messages and reminders when connected to compatible smartphone. The smartwatch promises up to six days of battery life.

The Honor Watch S1 is priced at CNY 699 (approx. Rs. 6,915) and will be available in Orange, Black and Blue straps.

The Honor 6X, Honor Pad 2 and Honor Watch S1 will go on sale in China starting October 25. Honor is yet to reveal  dates for international launch of its new products.
