Deal Alert: Get Discounts Up To ₹26,000 On Google Pixel, Pixel XL Using Flipkart's Exchange Offer

The Indian festival season might have come to a close, however, that's not what Flipkart believes. The Indian e-commerce giant has now rolled out the Pixel Exchange Festival, under which you will be able to buy the Google Pixel/Pixel XL at heavy discounts. The Pixel Exchange Festival was started yesterday and will continue into the next week until Friday, November 25.

As the name suggests, under the Pixel Exchange Festival you will be able to exchange your old device and avail discounts for the same on your purchase of a Google Pixel/Pixel XL. However under the exchange scheme, the maximum discount of ₹26,000 could only be availed on the Apple iPhone 6s Plus. Discounts above ₹20,000 are only applicable on exchange of Apple products only. The maximum discount a 'non-Apple' product could garner was ₹13,100, the exchangeable product in this case being the OnePlus 3. Interestingly, the 6 year old iPhone 4 was offered a discount of ₹7,300, while the 5 year old Galaxy Nexus can be exchanged for ₹6,500.

The additional discounts on offer include extra 5 percent off on the smartphone for Axis Bank Buzz credit cards and ₹7,000 instant discount at checkout on using HDFC Bank credit cards.

Well, in case you are deliberating whether to buy the iPhone 7/7 Plus or the Pixel/Pixel XL, then you might favour the latter because of the discounts on offer. The prices of the iPhone 7/7 Plus are still above ₹60,000, while that of iPhone 6s/6 Plus are still lurking around ₹50,000.
