New Play Store UI Is Going Live (Real Slow)

Google likes to tease people in very clever ways and it was again a chance to do it by showcasing Play Store's New UI in a Pixel Phone Video. While it went unnoticed to many, Android Police did shared the thing in this link.

Well, its clear from the GIF above that this new UI Overhaul includes many changes like-
  • New Color Scheme
  • New Animations
  • Majorly Revamped App Page
  • New Install Button (Color and Size)
  • More Information Section Replacement
And in the last 24 hours, some users have reported to see these changes in their Play Store which is a sign that Google is slowly but surely seeding it out.

With that being said why not let some screenshots roam around and tease everyone a bit more until everyone gets to see this on their devices.

Talking about the color the new shade of green looks a bit matte and not that bold but why not? It looks good to us. Also that cover trending apps are now cards that rolls with swipe but are separated from each other which were used to be in a combined slideshow in previous UI.

Some more changes are in the App page, Install button has been made bigger! Don't know why but it still has that old bright green color even after the homepage being in a darker shade of green. That's a bit off play here, hope Google notices it! Another big change is that those circular badges for App Ranking, Downloads Counter, App Category and Similar App have been removed and as you can see above in the screenshots, those badges have been replaced with a cleaner mono which says 4.6 and a star symbol and on the right with it sits that Download counter. App category has been moved below the Read More button.

There are more minute changes which are to be discovered with time but one noticeable change is the More Information Section which has been moved from below the app description to the Developer Information area. Well that's what user wants to check every time they want to see the size of the app of update. There should have been an app size mono too with ratings and downloads counter, We hope Google will listen to it soon and will implement it in future interface changes.
