CypherOS Merge Support For Substratum

Many ROMs have had moved over to CMTE's alternative Substratum aka OMS. CypherOS is the latest addition to this list.

Android Open Source Cypher Project (AOSCP) have announced that they have merged support for Substratum. New builds with version number 3.6 will include support for OMS and would be made available in the coming days.

Marshmallow based AOSCP relied on CMTE for it's theming services. However the slow bringing up of CMTE, followed by the termination of CyanogenMod by Cyanogen, has made ROMs to incorporate support for Substratum. Substratum, as David had described beautifully, is the metamorphosis of the Layers Manager. In contrast to the Layers Manager, we no longer need to soft reboot our devices after applying a Substratum theme.
