Next Google Pixel Devices Now Have Codenames, Hints Same Strategy Like Predecessors

Google's Pixel was a great new idea to bring in a premium device to compete with iPhones and the success to it reveals that people do want other premium stuff. Now, after the great impression and success with the first ever Pixel phones, Google is working on the next generation Pixel devices and we now have the codenames for them.

According to Android Police, next Pixel devices are codenamed Muskie and Walleye. Out of the two, Walleye did appear on AOSP's gerrit and is slated to be the smaller of the two which makes Muskie larger. Things are going the same way it went last year, only one of the Pixel went out to gerrit and the other remained backstage. Also, the size game will be the same, Muskie is going to be the bigger one and Walleye will go handy. While other information like specs and design are yet to leaked, it is safe to say that the tech world will go to edge to find every single face of the device and we can't wait for it to happen.

Muskie and Walleye, these are the north american freshwater fishes and the former is larger.
