Nougat 7.0 Is Finally Being Rolled Out To Moto G4 & G4 Plus In The US

Motorola had rolled out the Android 7.0 Nougat update for the Indian and Brazilian G4 & G4 Plus users three months back. It is now the turn of American users to get an experience of Android's newest offering of Nougat.

The update has the build number NPJ25.93-13 and includes the December 2016 security patch. Android Nougat 7.0 brings a lot of new features to the table. Through the multiwindow mode you will be able to use two apps at the same time. An editable quick settings panel allows you to cutomise the placements of the various toggles as per your choice. Doze on The Go improves the battery life drastically by putting the device into deep sleep as soon as it is left idle. Android 7.0 also includes bundled notifications with the ability to reply quickly to messages through the notification itself. For a detailed list of changes, please consult the release notes of the update.

If you own a Moto G4/G4 Plus, you would be getting an OTA notification of the update soon.
