"Automatic Turn On Wifi" Fixed In Android O DP2

All the users who are using Android O might be knowing about the "Automatic WiFi Turn On" which came with first preview release of Android O. But, Unfortunately it didn't work as expected for many users.

This feature is helpful for those people who constantly switch between Cellular network and personal WiFi networks. It is also helpful for those who forget to switch between Cellular network and home and office networks. But with Android O it has become quite simple. But, the bad part of the story was it didn't work for many users.

In the Second Developer Release of Android O, Google has tried to fix this problem. In this release it is working well but obviously with some or the other bugs here and there. If you want to turn this feature in your device with Android O head over to Network and Internet>WiFi>WiFi Preferences where you will see an option of "Turn on WiFi Automatically". When enabled, the WiFi will automatically turn on and connect to a previously saved network when you are in it's range.
