Airtel Broadband Users Can Now Carry Forward Unused Data

Back in August this year, Airtel started allowing its postpaid customers to carry forward unused monthly data quota to the next billing cycle. Now the telecom operator has announced that its broadband customers will also be able to carry forward unused data to their next biling cycle, ensuring zero data wastage. This is first of its kind initiative for broadband users in the country.

Airtel broadband customers can accumulate up to 1000GB data and easily track their usage and balance data available via MyAirtel app.

It's worth mentioning that currently the data roll over service is available for select broadband users. Existing customers can check the data roll over eligibility through MyAirtel app. New customers can log on to Airtel’s website to opt for a plan with data rollover.

Airtel's V-Fiber broadband service is now available in 87 cities across the country and offers speed of up to 100mbps, that enable HD video streaming, heavy file downloads and uploads in a multi-device environment (over Wi-Fi). The telecom operator has several broadband plans with high-speed data with unlimited calls to any number in the country.

Airtel says is the second largest home broadband provider in India with over 2.1 million customers.
