Lava A97 with selfie flash, 4G VoLTE, Android Marshmallow launched for Rs. 5,199

Lava after launching the 4G VoLTE enabled X28 for Rs. 7,349, has now launched another affordable smartphone with 4G VoLTE support dubbed A97.

The Lava A97 comes with 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) display and is powered by quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB of inbuilt expandable storage. It gets 5-megapixel front and rear camera, both equipped with LED flash.

Apart from 4G LTE, the phone supports WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi hotspot and GPS. It runs Android Marshmallow and is backed by 2350mAh battery. The handset also offers features like auto-call recording, Flip to Mute, 12 Indian languages support, slow motion video, five-point touch and Smart Gestures.

The Lava A97 is priced at Rs. 5,199 and is available on onlymobiles.com in Gold color. Being a VoLTE smartphone, the phone is eligible for Reliance Jio Welcome Offer which gives unlimited access to internet, calls, SMS and Jio suite of apps till December 31.
