Moto C Plus Launched In India With 4000mAh Battery

Another day and here's yet another device from Moto. The new series from the company called the C series has a new phone now, the Moto C Plus. This new device has been launched today in India after many teasers and leaks. Its not less than a fact that Motorola is trying to compete with Xiaomi and is getting their at some departments while still lacks at some key areas that will be discussed later here. For now, here's what Moto C Plus makes up.

Here are the specs for the device, Moto C Plus runs on Android Nougat 7.0 as the company really stressed on this point throughout the launch event held today at Delhi, the company clearly targeted Xiaomi for it's customized confusing software and totally appreciated the stock android Moto C PLus offers. It carries a 5"HD display, 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 Quad-Core processor partnered with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM along with the dedicated SD card support. For the camera world, it has an 8MP autofocus rear camera with f2.2 apperture  and a 2MP front camera with LED flash on both. As the title suggests, the battery is of 4000mAh and a great move here is that the battery is removable and the device comes in with a rapid charger. For connectivity purpose, you get all the key things here like WiFi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack and 4G VoLTE support.

Yes, the specs, at the first glance seems ok, where only battery, rapid charging and stock android holds the attraction. Moto seems to have got the hint that much of a price will fail this device so it has got a balanced price of 6999 INR and will be sold exclusively on Flipkart, Tuesday 12 noon is the first limited sale.

Still the phone is lacking at various areas, it is a big blunder when Moto is competing with Xiaomi and still don't care to offer a fingerprint scanner and metal body, only the back is micro textured. The only way the phone can survive in the market is due to the battery capacity, rapid charging, stock android and the reputation Motorola holds, another big let down is the 2MP front camera, seriously Moto?
