OnePlus 2 gets 4G VoLTE issue fix with OxygenOS 3.5.9

OnePlus back in December added VoLTE support for OnePlus 2 with the OxygenOS 3.5.5 update. However, post update, OnePlus 2 users complained about the 4G network option disappearing at times from the phone. The company also issued a fix, back in March with OxygenOS 3.5.8, but the problem still continued.

Now it is rolling out OxgenOS 3.5.9 update for the OnePlus 2, which includes a fix for the 4G VoLTE issue. It should also include improvements as well for improved performance.

The update is rolling out over-the-air, in phases. If you've not been notified about the update on your OnePlus, go to settings>About Phone>System update

The OxygenOS 3.5.9 is based on Android Marshmallow, and will remain on that forever. OnePlus has already confirmed that OnePlus 2 won't receive Android Nougat. The company also confirmed the same.
