LG K7 LTE, K10 LTE launched in India


LG has launched the K7 LTE and K10 LTE, the company's first phones to be "Made in India". The phones have been manufactured at LG's Noida plant in the country and the company aims to make 1 million smartphone in the plant this year. 

The LG K7 LTE and K10 LTE support VoLTE (Voice over LTE) and VoWiFi (Voice over WiFi), which will enable faster transmission of data and voice. They run on Android 5.1 Lollipop and get premium design elements such as 2.5D glass at the front and shiny glass panels at the back.

The LG K7 LTE sports a 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor paired with Adreno 304 GPU and 1.5GB RAM, along with 8GB inbuilt expandable storage (up to 32GB via microSD card). It gets a 5-megapixel rear camera w/ LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera, and is fueled by 2125mAh battery.


The K10 LTE comes with 5.3-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with Adreno 306 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, which can be increased via microSD card (up to 32GB). On the camera front, it has 13-megapixel rear camera /w LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera. It is fueled by 2300mAh battery, and supports NFC.

Connectivity features on both include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.

The LG K7 LTE and K10 LTE are priced at Rs. 9,500 and 13,500 respectively and comes with free smart quick cover. There is no word on availability.
