Micromax launches Canvas Mega 2 Plus with 6-inch display, VoLTE for Rs. 7,499

Micromax is launching a new variant of Canvas Mega 2 with upgraded specs. Dubbed Canvas Mega 2 Plus, the phone come with double RAM & storage than the Canvas Mega 2.

The Micromax Canvas Mega 2 Plus has 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, instead of 1GB RAM/8GB storage on the Canvas Mega 2. Another change is in the operating system, and the phone runs Android Marshmallow out-of-the-box, instead of Lollipop. It also gets VoLTE support as well.

Otherwise, the specs of Canvas Mega 2 Plus are same as Canvas Mega 2. It features 6-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels) IPS display, and is equipped with 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and 3000mAh battery.

Other specifications include microSD card slot, dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack.

The Micromax Canvas Mega 2 Plus is priced at Rs. 7,499 and is available via online (Poorvika Mobile World) as well as offline stores across the country in Black color.
