[Update: OTA Added] OxygenOS 4.1.0 Brings Nougat 7.1.1 To OnePlus 3 & 3T

After testing out Android 7.1.1 through the means of the Open Beta program, OnePlus has now started rolling out Nougat 7.1.1 based OxygenOS 4.1.0 to the OnePlus 3/3T.


The incremental rollout will reach to a small set of users today and if all goes well, the update will be extended to other users in the coming days. This is a great news for the OnePlus fans and with the latest treatment of Nougat, the device will also get the latest security patch. 

This update introduces the following changes over the Nougat 7.0 based update of OxygenOS 4.0.3:


  • Upgraded Android 7.1.1
  • Updated Google security patch to 1st March 2017
  • Added expanded screenshots
  • Improved picture taking of moving objects with blur reduction
  • Improved video stability when recording
  • Improved WiFi connectivity
  • Improved bluetooth connectivity
  • General bug fixes

According to reports, the update is currently rolling out in Germany and Canada. Try your luck through VPN method to get the update.
