Snapdragon 820 powered Lenovo Z2 Plus receives price cut, now starts at Rs. 11,999


Lenovo's Snapdragon 820 powered Z2 Plus is now available even at a more affordable price on Amazon India. The phone's 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant is up for grabs at just Rs. 11,999 from the e-tailers website, down from the launch price of Rs. 17,999.

The 4GB RAM/64GB storage model is also getting a price cut and will be available for Rs. 14,999, down from the launch price of Rs. 19,999.

With the price cut, the Lenovo Z2 Plus becomes the most affordable Snapdragon 820 powered device in the market. It comes with 5-inch Full HD display, 13MP/8MP cameras, microSD card slot, dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, VoLTE, USB Type-C, 3500mAh battery and fingerprint scanner. It runs Android Marshmallow out of the box, and is expected to get Nougat treatment in the near future.

As of now, it's not clear, if the price drop is temporary or permanent.
