Gionee S11 with 18:9 display, four cameras gets certified by TENAA

Gionee recently released its first near bezel-less M7 and M7 Power smartphone with 18:9 display. Now it is preparing to launch another such device called S11, which is the successor of S10. The device has been certified by China's TENAA, and an official announcement can be expected soon.

Like the M7 and M7 Power, the Gionee S11 will also have near bezel-less design and 18:9 display. It also flaunts the same design and packs the same specs sheet as M7, but will feature dual-cameras at front and back, and smaller battery capacity.

According to the listing, the Gionee S11 will have 6.01.inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display, octa-core processor (possibly MediaTek Helio P23), 6GB RAM, 64GB of expandable storage and 3600mAh battery.

It will have 16MP+8MP dual camera at the back and 20MP+8MP front facing camera. Other features include metal body, hybrid dual-SIM slot, 4G VoLTE and fingerprint scanner. It will boot Android 7.1.1 Nougat based Amigo OS 5.0.
