You can now buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 4 from Big Bazaar

After enjoying a record breaking run in the online market, Xiaomi has been gradually increasing its offline presence in India this year. The company already sells its devices through select offline stores and Mi Home physical stores in select cities, and this has benefited the sales of two of Xiaomi's most popular phones, the Redmi 4 and Redmi Note 4.

Now, just in time for the festive season, Xiaomi has partnered with India's biggest retail chain, Big Bazaar, which has over 240 stores across the country to sell the Redmi 4 and Redmi Note 4.

Big Bazaar will sell the Redmi 4 and Redmi Note 4 on a first come first served basis only, so the stocks will be limited. The stores will also offer no cost EMI, and ICICI card holder can avail and additional 6 percent discount on these phones.

As a reminder, the Redmi 4 features 5-inch HD display, Snapdragon 435 processor, 13MP/5MP camera, fingerprint scanner, 4G VoLTE support, dual-SIM slots, and 4100mAh battery. It comes in three RAM/Storage models: 2GB/16GB priced at Rs. 6999, 3GB/32GB at Rs. 8999 and 4GB/32GB at Rs. 10999.

The Redmi Note 4 is also offered in three variants: 2GB/32GB priced at Rs. 9999, 3GB/32GB at Rs. 10999 and 4GB/64GB priced at Rs. 12999. It has 5.5-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 625 processor, 13MP/5MP camera, 4G VoLTE support, dual-SIM slots and 4100mAh battery.

It's worth noting that the prices mentioned above are of the online market, and will be slightly higher in the offline market. Also it is not known whether all variants or select models will be up for grabs.

Xiaomi has been gunning for top spot in the Indian smartphone market, and the latest partnership will help it gain some momentum. Currently, it is the second highest selling smartphone brand in the country, just behind Samsung.
