Xolo LT2000 with 4G LTE and 64-bit processor launched in India for Rs 9,999


Xolo launched a new budget 4G-LTE enabled smartphone in India called the LT2000. 

The Xolo LT2000 is a dual-SIM smartphone and runs Android 4.4 KitKat which is upgradable to Android Lollipop in the near future. 

It features a 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) diaplay protected by Dragontrail glass. The device is powered by 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 306 GPU.

It houses 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and microSD card slot. Camera features include 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with BSI 2 sensor and LED flash. On the front there is a 2-megapixel camera for taking selfies. 

Connectivity features include 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and  GPS. A 2920mAh battery runs the show on Xolo LT2000. The handset measures 74.8 x 115 x 7.8 and weighs 140.5 grams.

The Xolo LT2000 is priced at Rs. 9,999 and is available on leading online portals including Snapdeal, Flipkart and Amazon. At this price point, the XOLO LT2000 will be up against the likes of the YU Yureka, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G, Lenovo A6000, and the second-gen Moto E.

Xolo also launched a self-updating phonebook app called 6degrees. The app offers a suite of features that take care of all contact book needs including calling, messaging and managing connections ensuring the phonebook is updated, every time when friends change their contact details. Users can also search for shops & restaurants, or request friends for their contacts.

The 6degrees app will be available to Xolo LT2000 users via OTA update, which will be released next week. OTA update can also be manually downloaded from the official Xolo support site
