Intex Aqua Speed HD with 4.7-inch display launched in India for Rs. 8,999

Intex launched its latest budget Android smartphone called Aqua Speed HD in India for Rs. 8,999. The handset is successor to the Aqua Speed that was launched last month.

The Intex Aqua Speed HD features a 4.7-inch HD display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM. It comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, microSD card slot and runs Android 4.4 KitKat. Camera features include 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera. Other features include 3G connectivity, dual-SIM support and 1700mAh battery.

By comparision the Intex Aqua Speed had a 4.5-inch qHD IPS display and was priced at Rs. 7,444. Rest of the specs are the same as Aqua Speed HD.

The Intex Aqua Speed HD comes pre-loaded with softwares like Sashakt Women Safety app, Smart Awake, Hotknot and Air Shuffle. In addition the brand is offering 50GB OneDrive cloud storage free with the device for two years.
