Instagram gets support for multiple accounts [Android & iOS]

Instagram has added support for multiple accounts for iOS and Android. The  feature will be available to users in version 7.15 of the app, which is being rolled out in phases. The new feature enables users to easily switch account on their devices without logging out.

Users will be able to add up to five accounts and switching between them will no longer require logging out. To add new accounts, go to profile settings, tap on Add Account menu and enter the username and password of the account you want to add. To switch between accounts, you will have to go to your profile, tap on the username and then tap the account you want to switch to.

After adding multiple accounts, you'll see your profile picture appear in places throughout the app, so you can identify which account you're currently using. The notification will appear differently for multiple accounts and they “depend on when you last logged in and the number of devices that are logged in to an account”.

With the new feature users can now easily switch from personal to corporate accounts and vice versa without logging out, and whenever they want.
