Sony reportedly working on camera-centric Xperia M Ultra phablet, dual 23MP rear camera & 16MP front camera


A new rumor coming out of China suggests that Sony is working on a new M-series smartphone with large display, the Xperia M Ultra. The main highligh of Xperia M Ultra will be its rear and front cameras. The phone is rumored to pack dual 23-megapixel rear camera and a 16-megapixel front camera.

According to the source, the Xperia M Ultra flaunts a 6-inch 1080p IPS display and equipped with Snapdragon 652 SoC, 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Other features include USB Type-C port, fingerprint scanner and 4280mAh battery.

Apart from the Xperia M Ultra, Sony is also rumored to announce the successor of Xperia C5 Ultra, the Xperia C6 Ultra. Note that, none of this has been officially confirmed, so all these rumors should be taken with a pinch of salt.
