Low-end Lava A67 with 5-inch display launched for Rs. 4,549


Lava after launching the A72 and A76 4G phones in India, has now listed a new low-end smartphone dubbed A67 on its website. It comes with dual-SIM slots, runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and supports only 3G (no 4G).

The Lava A67 comes with 5-inch WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 512MB and 4GB internal storage, further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). For photography, it sports 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera, both accompanied by LED flash. Connectivity features include 3G, WiFI 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is backed by 2000mAh battery, which is rated to deliver standby time of up to 170 hours.

The Lava A67 is priced at Rs. 4,549 and is expected to go on sale in the coming days. Recently, Lava signed M.S Dhoni as its brand ambassador to strengthen its position in the Indian smartphone market.
