Android Oreo Beta Program Of Nokia 8 Is Now Up For Registrations

Nokia has been regular in updating its Android based devices and it is among the handful companies which provide monthly security updates. A few days ago Nokia announced Android Oreo Beta Program for its flagship device - the Nokia 8. Now registrations for the program have started and the users of Nokia 8 can enroll themselves to get an initial taste of Android 8.0.

Users can simply head over to the source link and register there to be enrolled in the program. However, if you're highly dependent on your Nokia 8 for day to day work, we recommend you not to enroll in the program as you will be getting a beta version which may have bugs and functionality issues.

HMD's Chief Product Officer Juho Sarvikas recently shared a teaser video (refer tweet atop) of Oreo running on the Nokia 8. Sarvikas first posted about Oreo on the Nokia 8 in September. Sarvikas has also stated that just like the Nokia 8, HMD will also be joining hands with public to test out Oreo for Nokia 3, 5 and 6.
