Anee A1 with 4G VoLTE, 3000mAh battery launches in India

A new player has set foot into the highly populated Indian smartphone market. Home bred electronics manufacturer Anee has launched its first Android smartphone dubbed Anee A1.

It is an entry level smartphone boasting 4G VoLTE support, dual-SIM slot, and a big battery just like the recently launched Nokia 2.

Running Android Nougat, the Anee A1 features 5-inch HD 2.5 curved glass display and is powered by quad-core 64-bit Cortex A-53 processor coupled with 1GB RAM. It comes with 8GB internal storage, that's further expandable via microSD card.

It has 8MP rear camera with an LED flash and 5MP front facing camera. It is fueled by 3000mAh battery and supports WiFi and Bluetooth.

Unfortunately, the press image of the phone was not revealed, as well as the pricing and availability details. But Anee says that phone will be priced competitively, compared to other devices currently available in the market with the same set of specs as Anee A1. One can expect the phone to be priced between Rs. 3,500 and Rs. 5,000.
