Burgundy Red Galaxy S8 is now available in Korea

Samsung offers the Galaxy S8 in a variety of colors such as Rose Pink, Arctic Silver, Coral Blue, Orchid Graym Maple Gold and Midnight Black. However, earlier this month, the South Korean tech giant introduced  new autumn inspired Burgundy Red colored Galaxy S8. Now the availability details have been revealed.

Samsung has announced that the new Burgundy Red Galaxy S8 model will first hit home market South Korea today, November 28, and will be release in other countries gradually. The pricing was not revealed but it is most likely to be same as the other Galaxy S8 color variants.

Regading the new Burgundy Red Galaxy S8, Samsung said "The new, luxurious hue accentuates the elegance of the Galaxy S8’s ergonomic glass and metal form, creating a seamless and refined aesthetic that will resonate with a wide range of tastes."

To recap the specs, the Galaxy S8 comes with 5.8-inch QHD+ Infinity display, Snapdragon 835/Exynos 8895 chip, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 12MP/8MP cameras and 3000mAh battery.

Other notable features are bezel-less design, fingerprint scanner, heart sensor, IP68 water and dust resistant, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi 802.11ac, USB Type-C, 4G VoLTE, NFC and 3.5mm audio jack. It runs Android Nougat out of the box, but will be Samsung's first device to get Oreo.
