Ziox Duopix R1 with dual-cameras launched at Rs. 6,299

Home bred device maker Ziox Mobiles has launched a new budget smartphone featuring dual-cameras: Ziox Duopix R1.

It flaunts an 8MP and a secondary 0.3MP sensor at the back to capture depth of information to offer bokeh effect and Potrait mode. However, expect the quality of the photo to be mediocre, and not like the ones you get on Xiaomi's Mi A1 or Honor 7X. The selfie camera houses a 5MP unit.

As for the other specs, Ziox Duopix R1 is equipped with 5-inch HD IPS display, 1.25GHz quad-core processor (unspecified), 1GB RAM and 2600mAh battery. It comes with 8GB internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

It runs Android Nougat out of the box and supports dual-SIMs, 4G VoLTE, WiFi and Bluetooth.

The Ziox Duopix R1 carries a price tag of Rs. 6,249 and will be available via offline stores across the country in White/Gold, Black/Gold and Black/Blue colors.
