BungBungame Kalos 2 is a 10-inch tablet with Android Marshmallow, Exynos 7420 SoC


Japan based BungBungame has announced a 10-inch tablet called Kalos 2. The tablet packs top-end specs and joins the growing list of tablets running Android Marshmallow (6.0.1).

The BungBungame Kalos 2 sports a 10.5-inch WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixels) Super AMOLED display and is powered by 2.1GHz octa-core Exynos 7420 processor (which is used on Samsung Galaxy S6/S6 edge), further aided by Mali T760 GPU and 3GB RAM. On-board storage is 64GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 200GB.
 

For photography it gets 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity duties are handled by Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C and WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac MIMO 2.2 and IR Sensor. The tablet is fueled by 5000mAh battery, which is rated to deliver nine hours on mixed usage. The tablet measures 6.4mm around the waist and weighs just 430g.

The BungBungame Kalos 2 is now available in Japan for JPY 54,800 ($499). The tablet is also expected to be available in other parts of Asia, Europe and the U.S soon.
