The Rise Of Zeus!

The Zeus ROM is a much awaited ROM for all the Android One users!

Based on Temasek (which is a CM based ROM), the next build of Zeus looks very promising. At least, that's what the teasers suggest!

This ROM is being solely be developed by Swapnil Solanki at the moment and has 4 builds till now, the last one being on 1 April 2016.

Here is what Swapnil has to say about Zeus ROM's next build:

Zeus ROM is ultimately full featured , stable and combinated with the best features of open source ROMs .we are also providing lot of awesome original Resurrection Remix ROM add-on s in the builds. Also provides an best of performance, customization, power and the newest features on your device! It is one of the most customizable ROMs out-of-the-box!

So, you will get all the features of Resurrection Remix including Quick Setting colors, a feature that is present only in the Cyanide and Resurrection Remix. 

 

This build includes DU's Smart Bar, Fling and Pulse too. Have a look:

In the second teaser, Swapnil has also included many gestures such as Hand Wave and Pocket.

 

 

 

The "Gestures" features have been imported from last year's Lollipop based ROM. I haven't come across this feature in any Marshmallow base ROMs as of now. So, I have high expectations from this ROM at the moment, but hopefully they will be fulfilled.

Battery mode has also been added in this build. The battery mode is not present even in the official CM13 builds for Android One. So, this is another feature that we can play with.

 

So, if there are any people who love the Resurrection Remix features, but don't like it's AOSP based quick settings panel, then, Zeus ROM is there to help you out.
