World's thinnest convertible Acer Spin 7 launched in India


After launching Swift 7, the world's slimmest laptop for Rs. 99,999 in India, Acer has now launched Spin 7, an ultra-slim convertible Notebook starting at Rs. 1,09,000. The Spin 7 was initially unveiled at IFA 2016, as the world's thinnest convertible notebook. It measures 10.98mm around the waist and weighs 1.2kg.

The Acer Spin 7 convertible features 14-inch  Full HD IPS touchscreen display with a layer of Gorilla Glass and is powered by Intel's Core i7-7Y75 Kaby Lake processor with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD.

Other features include HD webcam with HDR support, 2 x USB Type-C ports, memory card slot, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth wide glass touchpad, Dolby Audio Premium and Acer TrueHarmony. A single charge will give eight hours of battery life of mixed usage.

Running Windows 10, the convertible sports 360-degree rotatble hinge, which allows it to be used in several modes like tablet, laptop, stand and tent. 

The Acer Spin 7 convertible will be available across major retail stores across the country.
