Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 spotted on benchmarks with Android Nougat

Samsung's Galaxy Xcover series is known for their rugged design with IP67 rating for water and dust proof, and US Military Standard MIL-STD 810G to withstand falls of up to 1.2 meters.

That said, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Xcover 3 back in March 2015, and now it appears, the the South Korean tech giant is working on it successor. The Galaxy Xcover 4 received WiFi certification from the WiFi Alliance last month and now the smartphone has has run through GFXBench and Geekbench benchmarks revealing the full spec sheet, except for the battery capacity.

As per the combined listing, the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 will feature 4.8-inch HD display and powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos 7570 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage. It will come with 13MP/5MP cameras, run Android Nougat and support 4G LTE and NFC for connectivity. It will also most likely have the rugged features as well.

Samsung is yet to confirm when it will officially announce the Galaxy Xcover 4.
