Panasonic Eluga C with near bezel-less design, dual-cameras announced

Panasonic is going bezel-free for the first time with its latest smartphone. The Eluga C flaunts 3-sided  bezel design similar to Sharp's Aquos phones and Xiaomi's Mi MIX, which means it has very slim bezels at the top and sides resulting in a screen to body ratio of 84.6 percent.

However, the lower chin does have very thick bezels and accommodates the home button, which doubles as fingerprint scanner, the front camera sensor as well as other sensors.

As for the specifications, the Eluga C features 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by MediaTek MT6750T processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

For photography, it includes 13MP+5MP dual rear cameras with f/2.2 aperture, and 8MP front facing camera for selfies. It runs Android Nougat and supports dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi and GPS, while a 3000mAh battery keeps the lights on.

The Panasonic Eluga C has been launched in Taiwan for TWD 6000 (Rs. | $200) and is currently up for pre-order. We can expect the phone to make its way to India soon.
