Micromax Canvas Spark launched in India for Rs. 4,999
Micromax has launched its latest low budget 3G smartphone called Canvas Spark in India. It comes with a price tag of Rs. 4,999 and will be available exclusively via Snapdeal through flash sale. Users can register for the flash sale starting 12pm on April 22. The flash sale will begin on April 29.
Micromax Canvas Spark features 4.7-inch (960 x 540 pixels) qHD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by 1.3GHz Cortex A7 MediaTek MT6582 quad-core processor paired with with Mali 400 GPU and 1GB RAM.
The smartphone comes with 8GB of internal storage and microSD card slot for expansion option (up to 32GB supported). It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Camera feartures include 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camerea with LED flash and 2-megapixel fixed focus front facing camera.
Connectivity features include 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. A 2000mAh battery powers the Micromax Canvas Spark which is rated to deliver 24 hours of mixed moderate usage time.
The Micromax Canvas Spark comes pre-loaded with Hotstar, Newshunt, Saavn, Snapdeal, PayTm, Quikr apps and more. In addition, Vodafone users will get 500MB of 3G data for two months with the purchase of the handset.
