Dell announces 14 and 15 3000 series of Vostro notebooks in India, prices start at Rs 32,990

Dell announced the next-generation of it Vostro line of productivity notebooks, the Vostro 14 and 15 3000 series for the Indian market. It is targeted at businesses and professionals and attempts to deliver the right balance of features and performance to get their work done.

The Vostro lineup is available in 14-inch and 15-inch and is powerd by Intel Processor that can be configured with up to fifth-generation Intel Core i5 processors paired with up to 4GB RAM with 2 DIMM slots and NVIDIA GPU with up to 2GB memory.

The 14-inch and 15-inch Vostro lineup features an optical drive, VGA output, HD webcam, gigabit ethernet, dual speakers with Wave MaxxAudio, anti-glare full-HD display and up to 1TB of hard disk drive. Thet offers a battery life of up to nine hours and run Windows 8.1.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.0, an SD card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, VGA output and USB 2.0/3.0 ports. The 15-inch Vostro lineup comes with 10-key numeric pad. The notebooks also comes with micro-stripe textured cover, making them less prone to scratches from everyday use and the body is under 1-inch in thickness.

The new Vostro 3000 series notebooks will be available in Solid Black and Matte Metallic Red color options. The price for Vostro 14 3000 series notebook starts at 38,990 and the Vostro 15 3000 series starts at Rs. 32,900 and will be available via Dell exclusive stores and Dell.co.in.
