LG introduces G Pad II 8.3 LTE with a built-in stylus


LG has introduced G Pad II 8.3 LTE, the company's latest tablet offering in its home market South Korea. The tablet sports a metal body, has a built-in Stylus, runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and supports 4G LTE connectivity. It also comes pre-loaded with Microsoft Office apps.

The LG G Pad II 8.3 LTE features 8-inch (1920 x 1200 pixels) IPS display and is powered by an octa-core (1.5GHz quad-core coupled with 1GHz quad-core) Snapdragon 615 SoC paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. 

The tablet sports 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera and 2-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. It is fueled by 4800mAh battery. It measures 216.8 x 126.5 x 8.8mm, weighs 366g and comes in Brown Gold color.

The LG G Pad II 8.3 LTE will be available in Korea through local operation LG U+ starting today. There is no word on pricing yet.
