Entry-level Lava A31, A68 smartphones with 3G launched

Lava, a day after launching the X17 and X50 4G-enabled budget smartphone with selfie flash, has now launched two new low end entry level 3G smartphones dubbed the A32 and A68.

The Lava A32 features a compact 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) display, 1GHz single-core processor, 256MB RAM, 512MB built-in expandable storage, 2MP rear camera w/ LED flash, 0.3-megapixel front camera w/ LED flash and 1500mAh battery. It runs the dated Android 4.4 KitKat, and offer dual-SIM slots, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and FM Radio.

The Lava A68 runs Android Marshmallow and has a bigger 4.5-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 5MP rear camera and 0/3-megapixel front camera. It also includes a microSD card slot for storage expansion, dual-SIM slots, 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth. A 1750mAh battery completes the specs list.

The Lava A32 and A68 is listed on the company website for Rs. 2,999 and Rs. 4,599, and are expected to go on sale across channels in the coming days.
