Intex Aqua Ring with 3G support, Android Marshmallow launched for Rs. 4,999


After listing Aqua Pride and Aqua Q7N on its website, Intex Mobiles has launched a new budget 3G smartphone running Android Marshmallow dubbed Aqua Ring. The phone sports a leather like back cover and the rear camera with flash module is placed inside a ring style design.

The Intex Aqua Ring features 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display with Asahi Dragontrail Glass protection, and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6508A processor backed by Mali 400 MP2 GPU and 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, which can be increased via microSD card (up to 32GB).

For photography, there's 5-megapixel auto-focus rear camera accompanied by LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. The main camera can shoot 1080p (Full HD) videos as well. The dual-SIM phone supports 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is fueled by 2450mAh battery.

Priced at Rs. 4,999, the Intex Aqua Ring is in black hue from Amazon India.
