Meizu outs Mix, a smartwatch with circular analogue display

Chinese smartphone maker has finally launched its first smartwatch dubbed Mix in its home country, China. The smartwatch has traditional analogue face, instead of digital, coupled with some smart features like fitness tracking capabilities, notifications and more.

Meizu Mix sports a circular mechanical analogue display protected by Sapphire glass and is encased in a 42mm case. It has an LED light to notify you of incoming calls, messages and more when connected to smartphone (via dedicated app). It also features vibration mode, an accelerometer, gyroscope and Bluetooth 4.0.

The smartwatch is waterproof (up to 30 meters) and is fueled by 270mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 240 hours of standby time.

It will come in Black or Silver color option and you can dress it up with three types of watch straps like Denim, Leather and Stainless steel, which are priced CNY 1000 (Rs. 10,000), CNY 1300 (Rs. 13,000) and CNY 1500 (Rs. 15,000) respectively.

Meizu is crowdfunding Mix smartwatch on Chinese site Taobao, and looks to raise CNY 500,000 (Rs. 50 lakhs) before it begins production.
