Asus to launch three new Apollo Lake laptops soon


Asus is gearing up to launch three new Apollo lake laptops ― VivoBook E402NA, Asus E043NA and Asus E502NA. They were found listed at Asus' official website.

All the laptops are powered by Intel's low-power Apollo lake chips, which means they will be affordable and priced under $400. The configurations are as follows: 

Asus E402NA
1366 x 768 pixels or 1920 x 1080 pixels anti-glare display
Celeron N3350, Celeron N3450 or Pentium N4200 processor
up to 8GB RAM
500GB/1TB HDD options or 128GB SATA III SSD
USB 3.0 port, USB 2.0 port, USB 3.1 Type-C port, Ethernet jack, HDMI port
802.11ac WiFi

Asus says the laptop is "value notebook with a premium feel It meaures 13.3" x 9.3" x 0.9", weighs 3.6 pounds and will be available in white, blue or red colors.


Asus E502NA
Same configuration as E402NA, but comes with an optional 256GB SSD option, along with 128GB SSD and 500GB/1TB HDD options.


Asus VivoBook E403NA
1366 x 768 pixel or 1280 x 800 pixel display
Celeron N3350, Celeron N3450, or Pentium N4200 processor
Up to 4GB of DDR3L-1600 MHz RAM
32GB/64GB/128GB eMMC storage
USB 3.0 port, USB 2.0 port, USB-C port, HDMI port
SD card reader
802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0
headset jack
57 Whr battery for up to 14 hours battery life

There's no word on prices or launch dates of these laptop.
