It supports 4K video at 60fps and features HDMI and VGA ports, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, headset jacks and microSD card slots. It runs a new version of Remix OS which is based on Android 7.0 Nougat and has a TV mode with a user interface designed for easier navigation using a remote control.

There's also support for Android TV apps, but you will have to sideload them or use third party apps store like 'Apoitode' to get Android TV apps.

The Remix IO+ is can be reserved for $129 at the existing kickstarter campaign of Remix IO. Moreover, backers of Remix IO can add $30 to their pledge and opt for the Remix IO+. Shipping is expected in May 2017.
