Moto G5 lands in India for Rs. 11,999

Following Moto G5 Plus, Motorola has launched its smaller sibling the Moto G5 in India in India for Rs. 11,999. The phone will be available starting midnight tonight exclusively on Amazon India.

As part of launch offer, Amazon Prime members who purchase the phone using their Amazon Pay Balance will get Rs. 1,000 cash back. HDFC credit card users will get Rs. 1,000 cashback for the phone's purchase on April 5 and 6. Furthermore, early buyers will get 16GB microSD card bundled with the Moto G5.

Coming to the specs, the Moto G5 features 5-inch Full HD Gorilla Glass 3 display and is powered by 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor backed by Adreno 505 GPU and 3GB RAM. It comes with 16GB internal storage, which is expandable via microSD card, and runs Android Nougat out of the box.

For photography, it gets 13MP f/2.0 PDAF rear camera with LED flash and 1080p video recording capabilities, and 5MP f/2.2 front facing camera for selfies and video calling. The dual-SIM phone supports 4G LTE, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and packs 2800mAh battery (removable) which supports 10W rapid charging.
