Tata Docomo annouces two new plans offering unlimited on-net calls

Taca Docomo has launched two new prepaid recharge plans for prepaid subscriber, which will hardly make a dent on the current market offers from leading telecos in the country. Unfortunately, these are not data centric plans, so you don't get any data.

The Rs. 64 and Rs. 82 plans offer similar benefits of unlimited calling within Tata Docomo network. But the Rs. 64 plan is for subscriber who are less than 90 days on Tata Docomo network, and the Rs. 82 plan is for all other subscribers who are on the network for more than 90 days. These plans have validity of 28 days.

The teleco claims that the new plans offer unmatched voice benefits and are designed to help subscribers enjoy more talk time with their friends and family.

Tata Docomo doesn't offer 4G services in the country yet, so it is not able to launch high-speed data plans to take on the competition, and wants to make up by offering better voice calling benefits.
