Samsung launches a range of audio gears in India, price starts at Rs. 1,899


Samsung is expanding its line of audio gears in India by launching a range of products that include three speakers and two earphones. The Bluetooth speaker portfolio boasts of Level Box Slim, Bottle speaker and Scoop speaker, while the earphones line include Level Active Bluetooth earphones, and In-ear rectangle design earphones.

Talking about the speaker first, the Level Box Slim is a 8W speaker with portable design and can easily fit your pocket. It boasts IPX7 water resistance to withstand light splashes and packs  a 2600mAh battery, that's rated to deliver up to 30 hours of music playback, and also functions as a portable charger for smartphones and tablets. It features Bluetooth 4.1 with multi-point support, and has a built-in mic to allow you to answer calls when the speaker is connected to a phone. The Level Box Slim speaker will set you back by Rs. 6,999.




The Bottle Speaker, as the name suggests has a bottle-shaped design, and offers 360-degree sound-experience. It comes with mood-lighting, which can be customized using the Lux Manager app to illuminate different patterns. The speaker has buttons for play/pause, volume up/next track and volume down/previous track. Samsung says the speaker can run for up to four hours with LED lights on and music playing at the background, however, with the LED light off, it can play music for up to eight hours. It can be charged via microUSB port or wirelessly. You can grab the Bottle Speaker for Rs. 4,999.


Lastly The Scoop design speaker  is a tiny speaker that can fit in the palm of your hand easily, and has a strap for carrying it around. It is splash resistant and promises up to nine hours of music play back. The speaker supports Bluetooth 4.0 to connect to other device, and has an in-built mic for hands-free calling. It costs Rs. 2,799.


Moving to the earphone, the Level Active Bluetooth earphones comes with splash-proof design and promises up to 5.5 hours of music playback and up to 250 hours of standby. It comes with soft silicon ear-hooks as well as comfortable wingtips and in-ear earbuds, making it comfortable for people on the move. The earphones can connect to Samsung's S Health app using the Active key to monitor and record their workout information for walking, running, cycling or hiking. It is equipped with 5mm dynamic driver, two microphones, and supports Qualcomm's apt-X and SBC coden and stream music via Bluetooth 4.1. 


The last audio gear in the list is the In-ear rectangle design headphones, which is powered by a 10mm dynamic woofer unit and an 8mm tweeter unit. The cables are flat, so they are tangle-free, and the earphones have built-in remote for controlling music playback or answer calls. It also has a built-in mic and connects to devices via 3.5mm audio jack.

The Level Active Bluetooth earphones, and In-ear rectangle design earphones have been priced at Rs. 4,999 and Rs. 1,899 respectively.
