Xiaomi Mi Noise Cancelling USB Type-C earphones launched in India

Xiaomi today launched the bezel-less Mi MIX 2 in India, and it doesn't have the conventional  3.5mm audio jack. Instead you'll have to use USB Type-C audio earphones.

To complement the 3.5mm audio jackless Mi MIX 2, Xiaomi has announced the launch of Mi Noise Cancelling Earphones USB Type-C version in India. It has been priced at Rs. 2,999, but the release date is not known. However, it can be expected to go on sale alongside Mi MIX 2 on October 17.

The Mi Noise Cancelling USB Type-C earphones is Hi-Res audio certified and boasts metallic body, frequency response of 20 - 40,000Hz, 113dB sensitivity, iron acoustic architecture and has Active Noise cancelling to reduce unwanted external noises. When enabled it can suppress noise above 25db with a frequency range between 50 and 2000Hz. This effect can be widely used in buses and public places, so that you can listen the audio without any distraction.

The earphones cable is made of environmental friendly high elastic, TPE and non-toxic material and it has a braided wire. It has inbuilt microphone for hands free calling, and in-line remote to play/pause, control volume of the audio, answer/reject calls and enable noise cancelling.
