Gionee M7 Plus with near bezel-less design, dual-camera passes China's TENAA

Gionee has scheduled an event in China on November 26, where it will introduce eight smartphones with near bezel-less design as part of its Winter 2017 line up. Last month two near bezel-less phones, the Gionee S11 (Link) and F6 (Link) were spotted on TENAA, that's likely to be part of the winter line up, and now another such phone has hit TENAA.

The Gionee M7 Plus which is the third member for the Gionee M7 family was spotted on China's TENAA. Unfortunately, the certification website has only posted the render of M7 Plus and not the specs.

As seen in the render, the M7 Plus will have a bezel less design for a full screen display, metal frame and leather-like back for a premium look. It also has rear mounted dual-camera system and fingerprint scanner. The same device was earlier leaked in live images courtesy of Evan Blass.

Even though TENAA has not posted specs sheet, thankfully, the M7 Plus was run through AnTuTu and GFXBench platforms, revealing key specs.

As per the combined listing, the Gionee M7 Plus is expected to come with 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass, octa-core Snapdragon 660 chip, 6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, 16MP dual camera, 8MP front camera, 4G VoLTE and NFC. It will run Android Nougat based Amigo OS 5.0. Battery capacity is not known.
