Nokia 5 new variant with 3GB RAM launched in India for Rs. 13,499

 

HMD Global the home of Nokia phones has launched an upgraded variant of the mid-range Nokia 5 featuring more RAM. To remind you, the Nokia 5 was launched with 2GB RAM, but the new model packs 3GB RAM. 

The 3GB Nokia 5 has also been priced slightly higher at Rs. 13,499 (vs. 12,499) and will be available online exclusively via Flipkart starting today midnight in Matte Black and Tempered Blue colors. From November 14 it will be available from offline mobile stores.

Apart from more RAM, other specification of the new model are similar to the 2GB Nokia 5.

To recap, the Nokia 5 features 5.2-inch HD display with Gorilla Glass protection, Snapdragon 430 Mobile platform, 16GB internal storage, 13MP/8MP cameras and 3000mAh battery. It has dedicated slots for dual-SIM and microSD card, and supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. It runs Android Nougat, and is upgradable to Oreo.
