Huawei launches Y336, Y541, Y625 and G620S smartphones in India

Huawei launched four new budget smartphone for the Indian smartphone market dubbed Huawei Y336, Y541, Y625 and G620S. All the devices will be available to purchase via the company’s offline distributors across 1000 stores in the next 4-8 weeks.

With the launch, Huawei aims to strenghten its retail presence in the country as the 4 new smartphones will be available offline only. The company will be partnering with "top modern trade players such as Croma, Reliance Digital, Sangeetha Retail and The Mobile Store in key cities like Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai amongst others". The company also aims to gain 10 percent market share in India.

Huawei Y336 features 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum 7731 processor paired with 512MB RAM. On-board storage is 4GB and camerawise it sports 5-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, 2-megapixel front shooter. It is backed by 1730mAh battery.

Huawei Y541 features 4.5-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum 7731 processor paired with 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB and sports 8-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and 2-megapixel front shooter. It is also backed by 1730mAh battery.
Huawei Y525 features 5-inch FWVGA (800 x 480 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor aided by Adreno 302 GPU and 1GB RAM. There is 4GB internal storage and camerawise it comes with 8-megapixel rear with LED flash & 2-megapixel front facing camera.  It is backed by 2000mAh battery. 
Lastly, the Huawei G620S sports 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor paired with Adreno 306 GPU and 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB and houses 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front shooter. It supports 4G LTE connectivity and is fueled by 2000mAh battery. 

The Huawei Y336, Y541, Y625 and G620S runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Emotion UI on top and have dual-SIM slots. They support 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity. The storage is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

Huawei's budget smartphones Y336, Y541, Y625 and G620S are priced at Rs. 5,499, Rs. 6,499, Rs. 8,499 and Rs. 9,499 accordingly and will be available in the coming weeks.
