Lenovo Lemon 3 international variant to be introduced at MWC


Lenovo is teasing the launch of a new smartphone at MWC 2016 in Barcelona. Looking at the teaser image, it looks like the brand will introduce the international variant of the Lemon 3 smartphone. For reference, the Lemon 3 was launched in China last month.

The teaser image shows the back panel of a smartphone, with the camera module and LED flash on the top, and the speaker at the bottom, suggesting that it could be a variant of Lemon 3. The handset could be announced under a different name for the international markets. 

"A gorgeous new device has been engineered from scratch to deliver the #Knockout punch. Brace yourselves" reads the tweet of Lenovo India.

To recap the specs, the Lenovo Lemon 3 comes with 5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 616 SoC, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage (can be expanded), 13MP rear camera (w/ LED flash, 1080p video recording), 5MP front snapper, 4G LTE and 2750mAh battery. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and comes with Dolby auido and CNY 699 price tag (RS. 7,000 | $110).
